Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Oddoro Studio ("we", "us", or "our") develops the Oddoro mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, including third-party advertising services, and our own anonymous gameplay analytics.
By using the App, you agree to the handling of information as described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We aim to collect as little information as possible. Depending on how you use the App, the following may be processed:
- Coarse device information: device family (for example, "iPhone" or "iPad"), major operating system version, and app version.
- Anonymous gameplay analytics: aggregate gameplay statistics sent to our own servers to help us understand how the game is played. These statistics contain no identifiers — no player ID, no session ID, and no device ID — and cannot be used to identify you or to reconstruct an individual player's activity.
- Advertising-related information: third-party ad partners (including Google) may receive device identifiers and usage information to deliver, measure, and improve ads. In certain regions, we may request your consent to show personalised ads.
- Gameplay information stored on your device: progress, scores, and settings, stored locally on your device.
Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, or sensitive personal data through the App.
Our gameplay analytics do not use any player identifier, device identifier, or session identifier. We do not collect language, region, battery, thermal, or precise device-model information, and we do not create or retain any individual-level record that could be linked to a specific user.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Operate and improve the App and its features.
- Understand how the game is played so we can improve level design, difficulty balance, and the overall experience.
- Deliver and measure advertising where applicable.
- Diagnose issues, prevent abuse, and enhance performance and compatibility.
We do not sell your personal data.
Gameplay Analytics
We collect anonymous gameplay statistics to understand how the game is played and to improve level design, difficulty balance, and the overall experience. These statistics are sent to our own servers (hosted on Cloudflare), are aggregated on arrival, and are not shared with any third party.
The data we collect is aggregate and anonymous. It includes:
- Aggregate counts of level outcomes (for example, how many players completed, failed, or abandoned a given level in a given theme on a given day, and for failures, the broad cause — for example, running out of time or exhausting available bonuses);
- Aggregate level metrics (average duration, average mistakes, aggregate bonus usage);
- Aggregate memory game statistics (difficulty, average moves, average matches, completion counts);
- Aggregate counts of theme-menu views;
- Coarse progress and play-style labels attached to level milestones — for example, the furthest level reached in a theme, the number of themes tried, and a broad category of bonus usage such as "never", "light", "medium", or "heavy";
- Aggregate streak milestones (for example, the number of installations that have ever reached a 3-, 7-, 14-, or 30-day play streak);
- Aggregate return-after-break signals (for example, the number of installations that returned after a break of 1, 2–3, 4–7, 8–14, 15–30, 31–90, or 90+ days, together with the stage of the game they were at when they last played);
- Coarse device information (device family, major OS version, and app version).
The progress and play-style labels describe the state of an installation at the moment a milestone is reached (for example, "reached level 20 in the Jungle theme with light timer-bonus usage"). They contain no identifier and cannot be used to reconstruct the activity of any individual player. The streak and return signals are computed on the device by comparing the dates on which the app was opened; only the resulting category (for example, "7-day streak" or "returned after 8–14 days") is sent, and the dates themselves are never transmitted.
We do not collect any player identifier, device identifier, or session identifier, and we do not retain any individual-level record that could be linked to a specific user. Because the data is aggregated and contains no identifiers, it cannot be used to identify you or to reconstruct the activity of any individual player.
We do not use this data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers. We retain aggregate analytics data for 24 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
You can turn gameplay analytics off at any time in the App (Information → Analytics).
Advertising and Consent
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party partners, including Google. These partners may use device identifiers and other signals to deliver, limit, and measure ads. In certain regions, we will ask for your consent to show personalised ads. If you do not provide consent, you may still see non-personalised ads.
For more information about Google's advertising and privacy practices, please review:
Tracking and App Permissions
If the App requests permission to track across apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency), your choice will be respected. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Server Logs
Our analytics endpoint is hosted on Cloudflare. When your device sends an anonymous gameplay statistic, Cloudflare may automatically log standard request metadata (such as IP address, timestamp, and request type) for security and operational purposes. We do not use these logs for analytics, we do not link them to gameplay data, and we do not retain them beyond what is necessary for security and abuse prevention. Cloudflare's handling of this data is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Service Providers
We work with third-party service providers for the following purposes:
- Hosting our anonymous analytics endpoint (Cloudflare);
- Displaying and measuring advertisements (Google AdMob and partners).
These providers process data according to their own privacy policies. Where they process data on our behalf, they are obligated not to use it for any other purpose.
Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to operate and improve the App, or as required by law. Aggregate analytics data is retained for 24 months and then automatically deleted. Data processed by third-party services (such as Google AdMob) is retained according to their respective privacy policies. Deleting the App will remove locally stored gameplay data from your device.
Your Choices and Rights
You can turn anonymous gameplay analytics off at any time in the App (Information → Analytics). When analytics is off, no gameplay statistics are collected from your device.
Because the analytics we collect are aggregate and contain no identifiers, there is no individual-level analytics data to access, correct, or delete. For other data, you can manage:
- Tracking permission: in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Ad preferences: within the App where available, via your device settings, or through Google's Ad Settings.
- Gameplay analytics: in the App (Information → Analytics).
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or data handling, you can contact us at support@oddorostudio.com.
Security
We value your trust in providing us information, and we use commercially acceptable means to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Links to Other Sites
This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children's Privacy
The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region) without appropriate consent where required by law. For users identified as children, gameplay analytics are disabled by default and cannot be re-enabled.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@oddorostudio.com so we can take appropriate action.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
